How do Sellers Process the Order?

Upload your DBS SKUs to your Lazada Store and then use this form to seek geo-restriction for your DBS SKUs. You can choose your serviceable areas up to the barangay level from this menu. Please wait for an email from Lazada, which should arrive within 2 business days, with instructions on the following stages. Please follow up with PSC via chat if you have any questions.

Once the confirmation email is received, the request has been processed, and the SKUs can now be set up in DBS for LIVE. Get your business up and running! Deliver using your own fleet or through a third-party courier service. Okay so to get started, the following steps must be completed after enabling the “Delivered by Seller” feature for your store:

• Enabling the upload of products SKU-level delivery provided by the seller as an option.

• SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).

• Go to the Product Overview page and select an SKU by clicking ‘Action’ and ‘Edit Details’. (Note: To add new products, select ‘Add New’ from the drop-down menu and complete all relevant data).

• API connections for DBS will be considered on an individual case-by-case basis. Please use the chat feature to contact your KAM or the PSC.

You can use the following banner and emblem for your product display page if you are a Lazada lloilo Exclusive:

• Create a PDP banner by going to the Seller Center Products page and selecting “Decorate Products (New)” and uploading the PDP banner.

• Product Frame: Insert the cover photo of your products into this frame.
• PDP Frame for a White Background – PDP Frame for a Background Other Than White. Decide on the coverage areas.

• Each and every DBS SKU should be restricted to the coverage zones that you have chosen. Fill out this form with all of the relevant information.

• It is important to note that this step should be completed each time a new DBS SKU is created or uploaded.

Shipping Fee Charge 

SKUs that fall within the Iloilo Exclusive Delivered by Seller program will be subject to a flat shipping price of Php 50, regardless of weight, quantity, or shipment destination. The balance must be paid upon delivery (in cash, through an e-wallet, or by a bank transfer) if the actual shipping fee is greater than 50 pesos.

All of the following modules must be filled out completely by the seller in order to receive payment:

• On the product image, provide the exact additional fee that must be paid each city or location (if any).

• Include in the product description the precise amount of any additional fees that must be paid per city or location (if any). Take a look at the following illustration.

• Within 12 hours, the seller must send a confirmation message on the additional shipping price.
