Printing Guide

AWBs must be printed on A6 Sticker Paper in order to be effective. Because the paper must be waterproof and smear proof, it is strongly advised that thermal printers be used during the printing process.

Guidelines

• When using pouch packaging, ALWAYS place the AWB over the flap of the pouch. It must be adhered to the top of the box, covering the slit or flop in the box, if it is being used for self-packaging.

• Make sure that the barcode and QR code are prominently displayed on your packaging.

• DO double-check that your AWB is securely fastened and will not come loose.

• Other shipping labels, stickers, documents, or opaque tape should not be used to cover any part of the AWB’s surface.

• DO NOT USE printed AWB that has faded or smudged print on it.

• DO NOT change or add any text or elements to the AWB format that was generated by the Seller Center in any way.

Calculating Parcel Volume

A popular method of calculating volumetric weight is to multiply the length, breadth, and height of a parcel (in centimeters) then divide that amount by 5000. (some carriers use a divisor of 4000).
