How to Process Orders in Shopee Seller Centre?

Check the Shopee Order ID 

The seller should check for the Shopee Order ID on the Shopee App. This is the first step in preparing the orders for packing. You can go to My Sales > To Ship to check. Refer to the photo attached to know what the Order ID looks like. 

Packing the Orders

You need to pack the items or orders well before you ship them. Make sure to secure the items with necessary tools in order to prevent any damages from occurring during the ship out process. You can also pack multiple items in one order if they come from the same buyer.

Set the Order for Shipment

First, you need to go to the Seller Centre and access “My Shipment” on the top left corner of your screen. This will give you access to shipment options and configurations.

Second, you need to go to the “To ship” tab as seen in the photo below. This will display all orders that are yet to be shipped. How to Print an Air Waybill?

To expedite and standardize the order fulfillment process, Shopee will now mandate that all sellers print their own air waybills (AWBs) or shipping labels. Third-party logistics will undertake a cessation of AWB printing across three phases. The Shopee Seller Centre lets sellers produce their own air waybills with order details. Sellers can print their orders in A6 size using a special download tool that provides them with their full air waybill history.

Guidelines for Printing

Here are the things you need to know and follow before you print your own AWB:

  • When sellers organize a pick-up, the shipment is automatically generated, and the air waybill can be printed. Read below for more extensive instructions.
  • To avoid problems with scanners, sticker paper of high quality should be used to print air waybills.
  • To prevent ink smudges, Shopee suggests printing air waybills on thermal printers.
  • Prior to shipment, every parcel must be securely fastened with an air waybill. When utilizing a pouch, make sure the air waybill is placed over the flap to avoid parcel tampering.
  • The format of Seller Center must be used while creating air waybills. Should this format be updated in any way, our couriers may refuse to carry shipments.

Step 1: Locating Orders

Go to the “My Orders” tab on the left side and click it.

Step 2: Generating Document

Click “Mass Shipment” from the previous page and it will lead you to this page. Click on “Generate Documents” next.

Step 3: Select Air Waybill

Select the “Air Waybill” option on the right side and tick of the box. Click “Generate Selected Documents” afterwards. Then you can print the waybill that will be generated by Shopee.

The seller’s computer’s local folder will open like such. To open the e-Invoice file, select it and click OK. A file will be uploaded after it is selected.

A confirmation message will appear after the upload is successful.
