Types of Violations of Shopee Live Streaming

Using Copyright Music

What happens if the Shopee Live guidelines are not followed properly?

1st Offense: Multiple warnings issued on-stream, followed by a three-day ban as a result of the violation.

Every quarter, the number of Offence Warnings will be reset. Sellers who commit their first and second offenses will only be temporarily barred, but sellers who commit their third offense will be permanently barred until the end of the next quarter. Only after a seller has been found to have broken the Shopee Live streaming criteria can the seller continue to engage in live streaming until the ban is removed.

Additionally, if a seller is discovered to be engaging in any of the activities listed below, their Shopee Live streaming access will be terminated, and they will be assessed three Seller Penalty Points. It is also possible that a seller’s Shopee account will be suspended if they commit many Serious Violations.
