Select If you forget your PIN during the PIN input process, you can reset your PIN. After the account has been disabled, it is necessary to reset it.

If your account has been temporarily deactivated as a result of inputting an erroneous PIN five times or more up to the seventh attempt, please follow these instructions to reset your PIN: Choose Forgot PIN from the drop-down menu and enter the verification code. Select Confirm> from the drop-down menu. Enter your current PIN number > Verify the new PIN number.

To keep your account safe, do not disclose your ShopeePay PIN to anyone. If you enter your PIN incorrectly more than eight times, your ShopeePay account will be frozen.
