What is Drop-Off Lazada Order?

So what are the advantages of Drop-Off? Allows you to drop off your parcels at any time of the day or night. Drop-off hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays). The ability to process more orders and have more time to concentrate on other business operations and initiatives is made possible by faster order shipment.

How Does Drop-Off work?

There are simple steps or things to take note of when considering Drop-Off. Read below to know how Drop-Off works. 

1. PRINT the documents, as well as the air waybill (AWB).

2. SELECT the items and execute a quality check to confirm that the products are in good operating order before placing them on the shelf.

3. PACK the item(s) together with the Sales Invoice and affix the shipping label (air waybill) to the parcel with the Sales Invoice.

4. Once the item has been packaged and is ready to ship, you should validate or update the order’s status to “Ready to Ship.”

5. Make your way to the nearest drop-off location.

Before giving the parcel over to the representative, double-check that it has been successfully scanned. When the scanning is completed successfully, hand the parcel over to the representative on the other end. Ensure that the orders you need to send over are properly packed, fully fulfilled, and ready to ship. 

You will not be required to carry a carrier manifest because the system will send an email confirmation to the email address specified in your Seller Center for the list of parcels dropped on that particular day, if any.

Please take off your hat, helmet, and sunglasses for the sake of security. Those who work at drop-off locations have the power to bar you from entering their facilities if you do not adhere to the guidelines. It is important that you show respect to Lazada’s Drop-off partners. Please be patient if there are other customers who need to be served first; otherwise, please proceed to the next step. 

If you believe our partner is not following the proper procedure, do not fight with them; instead, report it to Partner Support as soon as possible. Prior to dropping your parcels inside the cage, allow the staff at the partner drop-off station to scan them.

Requirements My Store to be a Drop-Off Point:

• Pay close attention to the following requirements:

• The drop-off location must have a minimum capacity of 10-15 sqm in order to be considered.

• Device for video surveillance and monitoring.

• The CCTV/monitoring device must be located in the vicinity of the transaction area.

• Connection to the internet that is reliable.

• 4G/LTE data connection with at least 5mbps with internet backup and a strong data connection.

• Parking space is available. Trucks (6-wheelers) can be parked in this area.

• It is necessary to have someone who can dedicate or support drop-off and pick-up times.

Requirement for Seller Ratings

• Seller satisfaction rating: at least 85%.
• Less than 1% of reservations are canceled.
• The return rate is less than 1%.

• Ship on time: at least 90-96%. 

• At least 85% of all IM messages are responded to.

• Points deducted for noncompliance: <24 points.

• Can operate for 10 hours a day (Monday – Saturday).

How to Print My Air Waybill at Drop-Off Station?

If you know how to print your Lazada Air Waybill, you can have your AWBs printed on the drop-off station using the NokoPrint App. 

Go to the Google Play Store and download the NokoPrint app. Make certain that the printer is operational. Bluetooth should be enabled in your phone’s settings. Look for the code XP-420B. Navigate to the NokoPrint app and select the icon.

To connect to Bluetooth, select it from the drop-down menu. Refresh the page. Login to your Seller Center account using a mobile browser on your mobile device (preferably Google Chrome). If an error occurs, try using Incognito Mode. More functions can be accessed by selecting “Click Here” from the drop-down menu.

On the left-hand sidebar, select “Orders.” Select the orders that need to be printed and then click “Print AWB” On the printing page, click “Open” and then select the NokoPrint icon from the drop-down menu. On the NokoPrint app, select “Print” from the drop-down menu.

Where Can I Find the Nearest Drop-Off Location?

You may find the Drop-Off Point Locator ar https://map-ph.lel.asia/. In the search bar, type in your location and press the “Search” button to begin your search. The map will show you the 20 closest drop-off stations that are currently available in your region.

The DOP station has the following characteristics, which can be seen:

• Listed on the left side of this page. By moving your cursor over the blue pins on a map, you can see the following information: Station Name, Distance from your location to the DOP station, Complete Address, Operation hours, Contact Number (may not always be available), and the maximum weight and size of the product that they are willing to accept.

Whenever you click on the blue pin or on the information of the DOP Station in the result list, you will see a blue “Direction” button appear on the screen. This will connect you to Google Maps, where you will be given detailed instructions on how to go to the DOP Station from your current position.

You can also restrict your search by using the filters that are accessible on the map: By partner station, by opening hours, by the maximum package size that the stations will accept as a delivery item. MDOP and some IDOP stations can handle large shipments up to the following weight and size limits: 

• Weight should be maximum of 20 kgs.

• Dimensions (length, width, and height): maximum of 70 cm on any side.

• Over-the-counter (OTC) logistics facilities can accept big items weighing up to a maximum of 50 kg.
