So once there is an order that enters the seller center, you have 24 hours to process the order, pack the order and ship the order to the courier that buyer chooses.

To avoid any cancellation from the buyer, you need to ship the order within 24 hours since the order is made. You will receive an email and notification regarding this order and you need to do Lazada confirm order. Here are the guidelines on how to do and fulfill the Lazada order process you need to know.

  • Step 1 – Print the stock checklist through the Lazada seller center to know what items that need to be shipped so you can review item in your inventory.
  • Step 2 – After you have printed the stock checklist, you need to find the items as listed from your inventory stock. Don’t forget to check the items quality too.
