Automatic reply review means that merchant able to set some template for replying to review from buyer. Ginee Chat support to help merchant to automatically reply good review (4-5 star) after obtaining reviews. Also support to contact buyer who give low ratings (1-3star). Due to channel API limitation currently only Shopee and Lazada channels are supported to automatic reply comments.
Auto-reply review support:
- Support to set auto reply review template for each sub-channel, sub-sites, and sub-store. Support up to 10 different reply content for each templates. Also support content translation into site languages. It will randomly use one of the content when system replies.
- Support to set different template setting for negative and positive review. For negative review will initiative contact buyer and for positive review system will automatically reply review with replying template. The negative review refers to review with 1-3 stars.
- The review after replying positive review can be view in the review list
