1. Adding The Rule Type
Support 3 types of stock push rule: Default rules, push by store, and push by specified MSKU
For the rule priority: Specify MSKU > Store Rule > Default Rule
Rule Type Description
- Default Rule: If you want all product stock of all channel stores is pushed according to the available stock percentage in all enable warehouse, then please use the default rules directly and set the push ratio
- Push By Stock: If you want to push stock to channel store based on the available stock in designated warehouse , then please crate store rule to set the relationship between store, warehouse and the push method
- Push By Specified MSKU: If some specified MSKU need to be pushed according to specified warehouse
Default Rule Description
Ginee provides some setting items that are added in the default rules to facilitate merchants to set according to their own conditions. It is recommended that you apply the default rules to all warehouses/all stores/all MSKUs
2. Search Applicable Stock Push Rule by MSKU
A new feature is launched, which supports merchants inputting MSKU in batches and conducting simulation calculations to understand the actual push value.
It supports viewing the stock push value of up to 50 MSKUs at one time, which is convenient to do adjustment.
3. Main Store Lock Rule Update
Main update: Support for adding MSKU in main store stock lock rules in batches.
Support to set the status of the main store stock lock rules in batches in “Lock Settings”, and set the validity of the rules in batches.
Add rule method has been updated to 3 step:
1. Choose MSKU — 2. Set stock threshold — 3. Select push store

If you select specify MSKU, it supports choosing between 2 methods: text recognition and manual selection

Only one store can be selected for stock synchronization after the stock reaches threshold value
4. How to Add New Rule
The new version of the push rules supports you to add in two method: single addition or batch addition
Single Adding Store Rule
With only one step you can complete creating the rule . You just need to set the rule information.

Set the rule type into “Store Rule” (once saved, it does not support to edit)

Fill in the rule name

Set rule status (enabled by default) / push type (default is ratio) / stock type (default is available stock) / push ratio (default is 100%)

Select warehouse and channel store (All support multiple selection)
Single Adding Specific MSKU Rule
With only two steps, you can complete creating the rule information setting
First Step, Set rule information

Set the rule type into “Store Rule” (once saved, it does not support to edit)

Fill in the rule name

Set rule status (enabled by default) / push type (default is ratio) / stock type (default is available stock) / push ratio (default is 100%)

Select warehouse and channel store (All support multiple selection)
Second, Adding Specify MSKU
Click Add MSKU to complete adding MSKU information in batches. After adding an MSKU, you can view the channel store SKU and store which is bound to MSKU, so that you can confirm whether the currently added information is valid. If you find that the added MSKU is wrong, you can select the MSKU to delete it
Mass Add Rule
Support adding 100 rules at one time

When adding rules in batches, there is no need to customize the name of the rule, the system will generate it by default and support subsequent editing and modification

When adding rules in batches and saving, you need to confirm whether to use the rules immediately or temporarily disabled

If the rules added in batches are specified MSKU rules, after the rule basic information is added, it needs to be added to the operation type table.
5. Operation Update
Mass Operation
Support to do mass enable/disable/delete rules in the rule list, which is convenient for merchants to update quickly
