You can manage Shopee’s default address/pick-up address and Tokopedia seller name and phone number information in “Order Settings” -> “Delivery Service Setting”.

1. Shopee Address Information Settings

After setting the default address and pick-up address in Ginee, the set options will be synchronized to the information on the channel, but due to the limitations of Shopee’s channel rules, only address information can be synchronized, while the name and phone information cannot be synchronized, so when setting information address, name and cellphone number must be filled in.

This information will be shown in Ginee template in the shipping label according to rules applied, after you set the default address and pick up address.

2,Tokopedia Seller Information Setting

After setting the seller name and phone information, Ginee will display the information in Ginee’s own template courier list according to rules applied.
