Lost by Delivery Partner

A status saying the following will show: Sorry for the inconvenience, but your package has been misplaced. Your item will be paid for, and the charge will appear on your credit card statement as well. It is not necessary for you to file a claim.

Package is Scrapped

A status saying the following will show: Your package has been trashed due to the fact that many attempts to return it have been unsuccessful.

Return Unsuccessful 

A status saying the following will show: Unfortunately, the final attempt to return the goods to you was unsuccessful. There are some consequences that come when there are too many failed attempts in a product.

1. Select Orders from the Orders & Reviews drop-down menu in the Seller Center (New UI)

2. Locate the order number and click on the Logistic Status icon to the right.

3. You will be able to view the order history as well as the current status of their orders.

5. Customs Clearance Success – Your cargo has been cleared and released by Customs officials.

6. Your shipment has been handed over to the shipping company by Customs.

7. It has been received by the Logistics facility and will now be sorted into the appropriate shipping containers for dispatch.
