It is possible to change your pickup date in the Shopee app up until the booking cut-off time or your scheduled pickup date. Neither on the day of the pick-up nor in the following days will you be able to change your pickup time on the Shopee app.

To do so, go to the Me page on the Shopee App and select To Ship under My Purchases from the drop-down menu. Select the sequence of events > Change the delivery address by selecting CHANGE beside it. Choose the new address that you want to use as your default > Confirm.

How to Arrange Shipment in Shopee Philippines?

There are two ways to prepare an order for shipment: 

  • by phone 
  • by email

A rider comes and takes up your package. The vendor delivers the parcel to the courier company’s branch. To prepare a shipment for Pickup, follow the steps outlined below:

  • Step 1: In My Sales, select To Ship, and then select Arrange Shipment from the drop-down menu.
  • Step 2: You can proceed to choose a pickup date by choosing Change, then selecting an available pickup date from the drop-down menu, followed by tapping Confirm.
  • Step 3: Double-check the information (Pickup Address and Pickup Date), then press the Confirm button.

There is no need to reschedule. Order cancellation will occur if there are two failed pickup attempts for the same order.

Please follow the steps below to prepare a cargo for Drop Off:

  • Step 1: In My Sales, select To Ship, and then select Arrange Shipment from the drop-down menu. Optional drop-off options are available for standard delivery (through Shopee Xpress) and J&T Express, respectively. Drop Off is selected for Standard Delivery, and then Confirm is tapped.
  • Step 2: Select Drop Off from the J&T Express drop-off menu and then touch Confirm.
  • Step 3: You’ll notice the Tracking number under Drop Off Details, and you’ll be able to take your parcel to the nearest branch to have it dropped off.

In the case of a failed pickup attempt, it occurs when either the courier or the seller makes a clerical or administrative error. The following are the most frequently cited justifications:

  • It is not the rider’s fault that he or she does not show up on the scheduled pickup date.
  • The vehicle’s capacity is insufficient to accept the objects being picked up.
  • When the rider arrives, the items are not ready for collection.

If a Failed Pickup is the Result of a Courier Error

There is no need to reschedule your pick-up appointment. The parcel will be picked up by the courier once again the following day, according to the schedule. There is a limit of two (2) pickup attempts per customer.

If the Vendor is at Fault for the Failed Pickup
