Select Marketing Centre

Access the Marketing Centre page via either My Shop on the app, or the Seller Centre sidebar menu. 

Select Discount Promotions

After the page load, select Discount Promotions to make a new discount promotion of your product. Ths steps is not how to get voucher code in Shopee. But if you want to know how to create voucher in Shopee, you must click on the Vouchers menu instead.

Create Discount Promotion

Create a new discount promotion by clicking the New Discount Promotion button. Then the page will direct you to the Create New Promotion page.

After the page load, input details of promotion name and time period of your discount. Give your discount name Shopee sample like “10% OFF ON AUGUST ORDERS”. The discount name sample is up to you as long as it is related to your promotion. The end time must be at least 1 hour later than the start time of the promotion.

Take note that you need to set the time frame 24 hours from the time you created the promotion. Once the time frame has been set, you will not be able to extend it. However, you can still shorten it. 

After everything is done, select the Save & Continue button. 

Add Products

You will be redirected to the Discount Promotions detail page. Add products to include them in the promotion. You can also add Shopee pwd discount if you want to.

You can add up to 1,000 products. You can use the search function to look up specific products. Once you have done, click Confirm. 

You can also upload the product list manually on Seller Centre. Simply download the Excel template and re-upload it to apply the Discount Promotions. 

Select Done

Enter the promotion details of your products, by setting the discount percentage and purchase limit Shopee. You can indicate the discount individually, by filling the data needed such as variation, original price, discounted price, and discount. 

However, you can also update them by batch. Click Update all products to apply the discounts on your selected products. Once you have done, select Done.

To edit your Discount Promotions, you can select the Action dropdown menu to view three features: 

1. Details

Details allow you to view the promotion’s details. 

2. Data Details

Data Details redirect you to the key metrics page to view the promotion’s performance.

3. End
