How Can You Cancel Order in Shopee?
By submitting a cancellation request, you will be able to get rid of your order. To do so, go to the Order Details page and select Cancel Order > Select Cancellation Reason > Confirm to submit your request. Consider your options carefully before canceling an order because you can only cancel once per order.

Cancellation procedures varies depending on the type of order being cancelled:
Paid Local or International Order (not a pre-order item)
You have the option to cancel it at any moment before the seller arranges shipment. Once the shipping has been scheduled, you will not be able to cancel your order any longer.
Paid Local or International Order (pre-order item)
You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it, as long as you do so before the seller organizes for shipment. After one hour has passed since the order was placed, the cancellation request will be subject to the permission of the seller. Once the shipping has been scheduled, you will not be able to cancel your order any longer.
Monitoring the status of cancellation request
To monitor the status of your cancellation request, go to My Purchases and click on View Cancellation Details for the order. If you no longer wish to cancel the order, pick Withdraw Cancellation Request > Confirm from the Order Cancellation Request menu.
Please keep in mind that sellers have the right to refuse cancellation requests for orders that have already been packed or prepared for shipment. If necessary, you can communicate with the seller directly using Shopee Chat or submit a return/refund request once your order has been delivered to you. If you successfully cancel your reservation, your refund will be processed automatically.
How to Withdraw Your Cancellation Request?
The only time you can retract a cancellation request is if your order is still awaiting approval from the vendor.
To withdraw your cancellation request, please follow the steps outlined below:
Select the To Ship in Me button.
Under the To Pay or To Ship icon, select the order from which you wish to withdraw your cancellation request by tapping it.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Withdraw Cancellation Request if you have changed your mind and wish to revoke your cancellation request. Then press the Confirm button.
There is a limit to how many times you can request cancellation per order. Once you have withdrawn your request for cancellation, you will not be able to make another request for cancellation.

How Long Will it Take to Receive a Cancellation Request?
In order to receive a valid refund, the following payment methods will be used to determine how the refund will be applied:
Credit/debit card/Google Pay
In accordance with your credit card’s billing cycle, your refund will be credited to the card you used within 5 to 45 business days after receiving it.
ShopeePay and Cash On Delivery (COD)
Regular refunds will be credited to your ShopeePay account within 24-48 hours, and partial refunds will be credited to your account within 4-7 business days.

Refunds Denied
If your return/refund request is denied, the order will resume its Shopee Guarantee term and will be processed once the Shopee Guarantee period has expired. Payment will only be released to the seller if and when the dispute is resolved in the seller’s favor. If a dispute has been lodged against a return/refund request, the release of payment to Sellers may take up to a maximum of one month.
How to Check the Status of Cancellation Request?
Check the progress of your cancellation request by following the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Select the Me tab, then My Purchases from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Select the order for which you wish to check the status of the cancellation request.
