Lazada has a new policy which will be implemented from 20 January 2022. Effective January 20, 2022, marketplace sellers will be charged a 1% commission (VAT included) on the sale of items on the platform.

The commission is calculated by deducting any seller promotional charges such as Vouchers, Coins, and Flexi Combo from the Item Price. Please see the following example:

Marketplace sellers who participate in the Free Shipping Max or Cashback programs can benefit from a 0% commission. At this time, there will be no changes to the LazMall commission.

Individual sellers who are members of the Online Micro Sellers Marketing Cooperative and whose payouts are processed by the Coop may continue to be charged an Admin Fee, depending on their membership agreement.

Individual sellers who are not members of the Coop and whose payouts are processed by Lazada through Citibank/Citidirect will be charged no additional admin fees, and only the fees listed below will apply. The following is a summary of Lazada operational charges as of January 20, 2022:
