Ginee add new menu, that is Pending Order, which automatically combines Pending Orders from multiple channels to improve order processing efficiency.

1. Order Waiting to be Received

Definition : Paid off order at Tokopedia and Bukalapak.

Operation: You can accept, cancel, and synchronize orders in one operation or in bulk across all pending orders.

Note: The maximum number of operations is 100 orders, which is limited by the channel interface. The more orders that are processed at one time, the longer it will take.

2. Order Waiting to be Delivered

Definition: Order Paid at Shopee, Order Received at Tokopedia, Order Received at Bukalapak, Order Paid at Lazada, Order Paid Off at JDID, Order Paid Off at Shopify, Order Paid Off at Blibli.

Operation: You can manage unit/bulk shipments, order synchronization, print invoices, set print status in a list of pending orders at Shopee / Tokopedia / Bukalapak / Lazada.

Note: The maximum number of each operation is 100 orders, which is limited by the channel interface. The more orders that are processed at one time, the longer it will take.

 

3. Order Fails to Process

Whenever you fail to process receiving, cancelling, and sending orders, you can see the reason in this list and repeat the operation process.
