Should I Print Air Waybill Shopee?
All new sellers will be required to print their own air waybills. How Do I Get an Air Waybill in Shopee?
So in order to print your first Air Waybill on Shopee, you simply need to follow some important steps. To mail your order, go to the “To Ship” section up top. Pickup orders can be scheduled by clicking on “Arrange Pickup”. Click on “View Pickup Details” after you’ve booked pickup and then click the “Print Waybill” button that pops up.

- A6 sticker paper should be used to print air waybills to avoid problems with scanning.
- A thermal printer is preferred for best printing results since it avoids ink smudging, according to Shopee.
- Before a parcel may be shipped, the air waybill must be connected to it. If you’re using a pouch, make sure the air waybill is tucked under the flap.
- Seller Center’s format for air waybills must be followed. Our couriers may reject parcels if any changes are made to this format.

- If you’re using pouch packaging, place an AWB on top of the flap. Use a box to protect the box’s slit/flap and set it on top of it.
- Check to see if the barcode and QR code are clearly visible.
- Transparent tape is a good way to keep the AWB safe.
- Avoid covering any part of the AWB with other shipping labels, stickers, documents, or opaque tape.
- Don’t utilize AWBs that have fading or smudged print.
- The AWB format created by the Seller Centre should not have any text or elements altered or added.
