Ginee will automatically sync Orders and status updates from all related Marketplaces every one hour, or you can manually click Sync to get the latest order information by following these steps :

  1. Open “Order” Menu
  2. Click “Synchronize” on the product list to synchronize the newest product information manually from the order on Marketplace to Ginee.

3. Or select multiple Orders at once, and then click “Synchronize” to sync the newest information on multiple products at once from Orders on Marketplace to Ginee
