Order Statistics Table allows you to check order statistics every day.

Order category: All valid order data in the bound store that has been synced with Ginee.

Supported Platform: Shopee/ Bukalapak/ Tokopedia/ Lazada/ Blibli/ Shopify/ JD.id
Statistic Dimension: Order created date, the longest filter is less than 3 months.
Date Description: Order that comes in that date will be counted into the following day’s statistics.

Note:

Total Order Quantity

Created date same with order total quantity in that date (all order status)

Total Order Value

Created date same with order total value in that date (including shipping cost, etc)

Total Product Value

The total value of products in orders placed as of the current date (excluding shipping/discounts, etc.)

Shipping Cost

Create date same with the total shipping cost for order on that date (Total shipping cost in order detail)

Valid Order

The total number of orders Settled / Ready to Ship / Being Shipped / Until the date made is the same as the current date.

Note: Partially paid orders are not counted in the statistics.

Total Value of Valid Order

Paid off Order / Ready to Ship / Shipping / Until the date made is the same as the current date (including shipping costs, etc.)

Return Order

Order Returned Time is the total number of orders returned as of the current date.

Note: Order that partially returns (including Lazada/Shopify) are not counted.

Total Return Value

Order Returned Time is the total value of orders returned as of the current date.

Note: Order that partially returns (including Lazada) are not counted.

Return Rate

Return order/ total value of the order

Cancelled Order

The total number of orders cancelled as of the current date. Partially cancelled orders are not counted.

Note: Order that partially returns (including Lazada) are not counted.

Cancel Order Total Value

The total value of orders cancelled as of the current date (including shipping/discounts, etc.). And the number of partial cancellations is included.

Note: Order that partially returns (including Lazada) are not counted.

Cancellation Rate

Total Customer

The total number of customers in orders made as of the current date.

Price for each Customer

Total order/ customers

Total Insurance Value

Total insurance cost in order that made at the current date.

Total Service Fee Value

Total service fee in order that made at the current date.

Total Shipping Fee by System

The total shipping cost by the system in orders made as of the current date.

The tax amounts on orders made at the current date.
