  • For any suspicious missing parcel (after 7days of ETA) or parcel status that has been updated to “Completed” or “Acknowledge” in Ezbuy ship for me feature before it has been collected, please email Ezbuy after sales team at supportmy@Ezbuy.com within 7 working days. 
  • If you are not informing Ezbuy 7 days after your Ezbuy shipping status has completed but not yet received, Ezbuy has the right to refuse any responsibility on the missing parcel.

How Do I Cancel An Order On EZ Shop?

Ezbuy cancel order request is only available when Ezbuy has not dispatched your order or before your parcel status reaches “to Overseas Warehouse“. If you request for a cancellation but your order has already been dispatched, you will be held liable for any fees incurred as a result of your request.

In Ezbuy, you can also join the Ezbuy insurance ship for me which means that your order will get the insurance on the way to you. Any damage, loss and other problems will get the compensation.

The insurance cost is 3% of the total value of the product payment. The compensation includes:

  • Full amount of item cost.
  • International shipping fee and service fee.

The compensation is capped at RM2000. For items without insurance purchased, Ezbuy offers free compensation up to RM200 per parcel. Insurance value will not be refunded upon compensation.
