Zalora aims to deliver your package in the fastest time possible. Actually the order processing in Zalora needs 24 hours for standard. The seller needs to pack and make the status ready to ship within 24 hours which does not include the weekends and public holidays.

• Order closed means the order has been done and you are not be able to change or ask for refund anymore
