Should you have not registered your email, you can follow the steps below to update your email address. First of all, open your Shopee App. If you do not have it yet, you can download it first in Play Store or App Store.

The next step is click on “Me” > Account Settings > My Profile > Email. Enter your email address accordingly.

After login to the Shopee Seller Center, click “My Income” in the menu at the left. Then click “Income Statements or My Tax Invoices” > “More” > and click “Download”.

After the invoice is downloaded, then the steps you can take are to print or print the invoice using a printer machine, if you don’t have a machine then you can go to the nearest print shop. With an invoice, the delivery of your purchase of goods at Shopee can be used as proof of the purchase transaction of the Shopee online store after being printed by a printer machine/tool.
