How to Fill in Voucher Detail?

Previously, there was no explanation on how to fill in the voucher details. But don’t worry, you will know soon. To fill in voucher details, there are four things you should know starting from the basic information of voucher details.

Let’s start it.

Basic Information

Choose Shop Voucher as the voucher type if you want customers to be able to spend their voucher on any product in your store. It also gives you the option of choosing where to display the coupon.

If you choose Product Voucher, customers will be able to spend the voucher only on the items you specify. You may share the coupon code with others, but it will not be shown elsewhere on the website.

Give your voucher a name to make it easier to monitor your marketing goals. This will not be visible to purchasers, but you may choose a descriptive name for the voucher, such as “My Birthday Promotion.”

Fill up the blanks with your own Voucher Code. While the first few characters of the coupon code are produced automatically, you may personalise it by adding up to five letters or digits to the end of the code. Fill out the form for your Voucher Claim Period. Customers will have till the end of the month to claim and utilise the coupon.

Rewards Setting or Known as Discount Type

There are three types of Voucher rewards that you can choose such as Discount (Fixed Amount). Discount (Percentage), and Coins Cashbacks. Let’s dive in one by one, shall we?

You will be responsible for covering the cost of the Shopee Coins.If you choose Coins Cashback as your reward and the item you bought is returned, the value of the Shopee Coins you gave to the buyer will be refunded to you in the form of Store Credit.

For example: 10% Coins Cashback for an order of RM5.

If you’re not sure how much discount to set, activate the Shopee Smart Voucher option to get a suggestion for optimal voucher performance, and then click Apply for each individual item on your shopping list to apply the advice.

Voucher Display

For Voucher Display, there are three options for you to choose on how to display vouchers to your potential buyers. Specific Channels are only available for use with Shop Voucher at this time.

Display On All Pages

If you choose to display vouchers on all pages include Shop Homepage, Product Page, and Shopping Cart Page. 

Buyers will be able to access your coupons more readily if you increase the number of chances for them to be seen. Buyers are more likely to claim them for use as a result of this.

Specific Channel

If you choose to display your vouchers on a specific page(s) on the Shopee App, you will let you to display the vouchers on Shopee Love and/or Shope Feed

Shopee Live will display vouchers for 30 seconds or permanent vouchers during live streaming while Shopee feed will display you vouchers on your feed for you to reach more to more followers and buyers 

To Be Shared Privately

This type of vouchers will not be displayed on the Shopee App or Product Voucher. Instead, your buyers will get the voucher code personally from you through Shopee Seller Chat or Chat Broadcast.

Applicable Products

If you choose Shop Voucher, all of the products will be shown under Applicable Products, unless you choose otherwise.

When using Product Vouchers, you may pick which products are eligible for the coupon by selecting Add Products from the menu bar.

If you have a significant number of goods to upload, you may do so via the Upload Product List tab in Seller Centre’s administration area.

How to fill in?

  1. From Mass Update page, go to your Product ID list
  2. You may get the template for bulk uploading goods and fill it up before submitting it.
