1. Under what circumstances will the order go to the out-of-stock list？

When you enable the stock synchronization function and the order is synchronized to system, the system will automatically check whether Master SKU stock that has been bound in the warehouse matched by the products contained in the order is sufficient. If it is not enough, the order will be automatically moved to the out-of-stock list.

  1. How to deal with out-of-stock orders？

Method 1

Step 1： Create an inbound order for the Master SKU that is out of stock to increase stock

Step 2：Click refresh stock in the out of stock list. Once the stock is sufficient, the order will automatically remove the out of stock list.

Method 2

In the order details, click “Replace Master SKU” and select Master SKU with sufficient stock for exchange
