Ginee allows you to do the shipping process for order at Shopee/Bukalapak/Tokopedia/Lazada platform.

  1. Delivery Order in Unit
    You can choose the order in the unit in order list or in order detail page and process for shipping

  2. Delivery Order in BulkYou can select multiple order at once in the order list or in the order detail page and process for shipping in bulk

  3. Special Order Operation

Choose delivery method: Pick Up, which means package picked up at courier or Drop Off, which means pick up the package to Delivery Service. If you choose the Pick Up method, please choose your address information and pick up time, so the courier can come to your place. If you choose Drop off, based on Shopee regulation, make sure to do pick up as soon as possible.

Note:

Due to the difference in place between unprocessed and processed orders in the Shopee system, Orders at Ginee that have not yet been processed are classified as paid orders (Paid Off). Here you can schedule for shipping or cancel the order. Whereas orders that have been processed on Shopee are classified as pending orders, you can view delivery information, cancel orders, or process requests to cancel these orders.
