A. Definition

After the order is finally completed, the channel will deduct additional fees such as Commission Fee, Shipping Fee, and Service Fee, etc and release the remaining income from the order to the seller (Seller can view Payment Reconciliation/Income data in the Finance/Income menu in the Seller Center). Ginee manages multiple channels and stores, so this feature can support viewing multiple channels and stores Payment Reconciliation data.

Payment Reconciliation Menu

Finances > Payment Reconciliation
The Payment Reconciliation list will combine data from all supported channels and you can view data from All channels, only Shopee, and only Lazada by using the Channel Filter2.

Payment Reconciliation Status

The Payment Reconciliation list consists of 3 statuses: To Release, Released and Partially Released

1. To Release

– “To Release” list will display orders with “Completed” status but the payment is not settled yet
– Ginee will sync Payment Reconciliation data at 3 a.m. (GMT +8) or 2 a.m. (GMT+7) every night (It may take 1-2 hours depending on the amount of data)
– “To Release” list supports manual “Sync” to pull the latest settlement data
– Do not support exporting data in “To Release”

2. Released

– “Released” list displays the released payment data obtained from the API
– Ginee will sync Payment Reconciliation data at 3 a.m. (GMT +8) or 2 a.m. (GMT+7) every night (It may take 1-2 hours depending on the amount of data)
– Support exporting data in “Released” into an Excel file(.xlsx)

Settlement Details
1. Lazada Settlement Details

– The pop-up window displays the Settlement Details. If there are multiple products in the order, the corresponding amount details for each product will be displayed below the Order No.
– You can click the product to switch the amount details for different products
– Settlement Time: Display the order Settlement Time provided by the channel
– Total Released Amount: Marketplace Released Amount for the Order

2. Shopee Settlement Details

– The pop-up window displays the Settlement Details. Different from Lazada’s, Shopee orders will not distinguish multiple products
– Settlement Time: Display the order Settlement Time provided by the channel
– Total Released Amount: Marketplace Released Amount for the Order

3. Partially Released

– “Partially Released” list refers to the Lazada orders containing multiple products, and some products have been settled and some have not yet been settled. Such orders will be displayed in “Partially Released”
– Ginee will sync Payment Reconciliation data at 3 a.m. (GMT +8) or 2 a.m. (GMT+7) every night (It may take 1-2 hours depending on the amount of data)
– Do not support exporting data in “Partially Released“
