Based on Lazada’s order cancellation system, Ginee differentiates between cancelled paid off orders and ready to ship.

Paid Off Order

  1. Cancel orders according to the same reason, no need to select a product, the whole order will be cancelled by default
  2. To cancel an order in a unit for one reason, you must select a product. After you done, only the products selected in the order have their status changed to cancelled.

Order Ready to Ship

  1. Cancel orders according to the same reason, no need to select a product, the whole order will be cancelled by default
  2. To cancel an order in a unit for one reason, you must select a product. After you done, the status of all products under the same Shipping Label will be changed to cancelled at the same time
