Overview

– The Advance Fulfillment program is currently available for selected local sellers in Indonesia and Philippines. Eligible sellers will be contacted by Shopee team for further details
– Shopee will place bookings based on anticipated demand, and asks sellers to ship parcels ahead of time, allowing buyers to receive their orders faster once an order is placed

Order Management

A. Advance Booking

– Advance booking is a request that Shopee makes to the seller, to ask for products to be shipped to Shopee as Advance Fulfillment stock
– Advance booking has the same flow as normal orders
– Advance booking details will be slightly different from Order Detail because it will have a green banner, a Booking ID (instead of the usual Order ID) and no Buyer Info. The rest details (Status (e.g. Cancellation) and Logistics details) are the same as normal orders
– The Shipping Address in Advance Booking is Shopee’s warehouse’s
– Package will be returned back to seller free-of-charge if not sold within the holding period

B. Advance Order

– When the seller receives a new order, that order will be matched with Advance booking, and the order becomes an Advance order
– Shopee will directly ship the products from Shopee’s own warehouse using the Advance Fulfillment stock

Syncing Order

For stores that have Shopee Advance Fulfillment, you can mass sync the order in Ginee Accounts (https://accounts.advai.net/integration/sync) by selecting “Shopee Advance Fulfillment Orders (nearly 90 days)”

Important Notes

If the Available Advance Stock or Unavailable Advance Stock (In-transit) of the Shopee store is >0, Ginee will display these two stock values. Otherwise, Ginee will not display it
– 1st example: Originally, the Advance Available Stock = 1 (displayed in Channel Products), but then changed to = 0. Then, Ginee will not display the Advance Stock value
– 2nd example: Originally, the Advance Unavailable Stock (In-transit) = 0 (not displayed in Channel Products), but then changed to = 5. Then, Ginee will display the Advance Stock value

A. Advance Stock (View only, same as Seller Center)

Advance stock: Advance bookings that are already in Shopee’s warehouse (Advance Bookings which have not been picked up by 3PL are counted under seller stock)
Available Stock: Advance Fufillment stock that Seller has shipped out and is available to be used to fulfil an order
Unavailable Stock (In-transit): Advance Fulfillment stock that seller has arranged shipment or has shipped out, and is still in transit and unavailable to be used to fulfil an order

Only Available Stock will be shown in the Product List. To see Unavailable Stock (In-transit), you need to see the Advance Stock details

B. Promotion Stock

Promotion stock will be reserved from seller stock, but can be fulfilled from either seller stock or Advance Stock
– After the buyer places a promotion order, Shopee will immediately determine whether the order matches the Advance Booking
a.) If it is a match, it will be marked as Fulfilled by Shopee when synced to Ginee, so that the order will not generate an Outbound List and will not affect Ginee stock
b.) If it is not a match, the order will generate an Outbound List and lock Ginee stock normally (same as normal promotion order)
– In other words, the order will not change from Promotion Order to Advance Order, because when syncing to Ginee, Shopee has already determined whether it is a normal order or an Advance Order
